The First Quarter of 2010 homes sales report shows 3 homes were sold. There are currently 38 homes for sale; 3 of those under an option contract; 5 under a pending contract.

Walnut Hill Homeowners Association is made up of homeowners within the neighborhood who pay annual dues of $5.00. It serves to provide information to the homeowners on subjects concerning the neighborhood.
Subjects addressed in the past have included construction permits, zoning changes, and nearby sexually oriented businesses.
