To pay by check, click on the link below to open the WHHA Membership Dues form. Fill out the form and mail it in to the P.O. Box address listed on the form along with your payment check. Please allow 7-10 days for your check to be received and processed during the enrollment period (January-February) and possibly longer after the enrollment period. The Treasurer will send you a confirmation email when your payment processing is complete. The email will include the ENP phone number if you paid the annual ENP dues.
