Walnut Hill Homeowners Association is sixty-one years young, and we continue to improve our area through neighbor to neighbor communication, social events, keeping crime to a minimum and encouraging upkeep to our beautiful parks. It is because of YOUR support that we can provide such benefits such as the following:

Our ongoing challenge is keeping crime statistics low and assuring our neighborhood a safe place for all. The ENP program is in need of full support from each WHHA home. Right now, ENP can only patrol for a very short period, due to the small amount of households participating in the program. We could increase the patrol hours, but with the lack of support it can not happen. Please consider this when you sign up and pay your annual dues. The $180.00 for those under the age of 65 ($130.00 for those over 65) will help cover the cost.
And our Annual Neighborhood dues are only $20.00 per year. The ENP and Annual Neighborhood dues are among the lowest dues of any of our surrounding neighborhoods. We hope you join your neighbor in assuring you keep WHHA home values high, our neighborhood fun, and keeping us all safe!
If you aren’t a WHHA member, then please join us now. Is your neighbor a WHHA member? If not, ask them to join. What a nice way to get to know your neighbor and to be a Good Neighbor!
There are two ways to pay for this. The first is by paying thru PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary, just your credit card. But the best way to keep our expenses low is to pay by check. It saves your association 3% per transaction. That is almost three hours of patrol time.
