LOST DOG:  My son’s dog escaped from their yard last week 1/3/2013. He lives at Midway and Sexton.  Her name is Cabella. Piicture attached.

blacklablostdog

She was last spotted on Friday, January 4th in a yard at corner of Merrell and Betty Jane.  Please please please call if you see her.  She is a beloved pet and is missed greatly.  She weighs about 90-100 lbs, black with white chest and peppered paws.

She is very timid and will run if approached.  She might be coaxed into a fenced yard with food.  The best bet is to call if you have any information.  214-536-1050.  Thank you in advance for your help. Sandy Myers

pit

Claire Strange found this dog on January 20th. Here are her comments:

My husband and I were able to get the wandering pit bull in our yard. Does anyone know the owner? This dog is striped and we are calling him tiger for the time being. He is very sweet, just scared.

Update: He has opened up in less than 24 hours. We were able to give him a bath and he’s eating well. If anyone knows someone who trains pit bulls please let me know. My husband and I both work, so we can’t come home and let him out. Any ideas welcome.
